At Colleenhoover, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
